Leadership - Prelims


Leadership is very important in maintaining the efficiency of the workplace. The leader takes the big part of a pie as he/she is responsible in gathering up his people and come up with a plan. Usually, the leader initiates the action. He/she must also be the source of motivation of his/her workmates or employees, crediting them for a job well done also, providing guidance to his coworkers when in need of help. Coordination is a key to a good leader in a laboratory management as he/she should balance their managerial goals to his personal interests.
